Ms. Rice is a Managing Director and serves as the firm\u2019s Director of Institutional Sales, Marketing and Investor Relations. In addition, this past year, Ms. Rice was the driving force behind the expansion of Brookwood\u2019s Human Resources Group, as the firm expanded by approximately 150 employees in 2015.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining Brookwood, Ms. Rice was the Director of Marketing and Client Service for a global emerging markets hedge fund in Boston where she focused on capital development and investor relations. From 1990 to 2004, Ms. Rice was a senior executive at Marsh & McLennan, Inc. (\u201cMMC\u201d), most recently serving as Managing Director and Chairperson of the Solution Development Group, a practice she created to help identify, develop and sell new products and services across all North American practices and industry specialties. As the North American Director of MMC\u2019s Business in Combination initiative, Ms. Rice worked with Global Practice leaders to create new revenue and operating efficiencies across all MMC subsidiary companies.<\/p>\n
Ms. Rice serves as a Director for Beverly Bank in Beverly, Massachusetts, was a trustee of the Brookwood School, where she served as the President of the Parents\u2019 Association, and for many years was a Director at the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston and Girls Inc. of Lynn. She is a member of WIRE (Women in Real Estate), has been active with The Boston Club and The Commonwealth Institute, organizations that are focused on supporting senior women executives and entrepreneurs and was a speaker at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston\u2019s conference on \u201cReaching the Top: Challenges and Opportunities for Women Leaders.\u201d
\nMs. Rice is a graduate of Yale University.<\/p>\n
