{"id":4684,"date":"2019-11-19T10:55:38","date_gmt":"2019-11-19T15:55:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brookwood.davisadbeta.com\/?p=4684"},"modified":"2019-11-19T16:00:50","modified_gmt":"2019-11-19T21:00:50","slug":"yesway-completes-acquisition-of-allsups","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brookwood.davisadbeta.com\/?p=4684","title":{"rendered":"Yesway Completes Acquisition of Allsup&#8217;s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Yesway Completes Acquisition of Allsup\u2019s Convenience Stores<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>(Des Moines, IA) \u2013 November 19, 2019 \u2013<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/yesway.com\/\">Yesway<\/a>, one of the fastest growing convenience store retailers in the United States, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allsups.com\/\">Allsup\u2019s Convenience Stores<\/a>, a 304-store regional chain based in Clovis, New Mexico, that has been serving as a cornerstone in each of its local communities for over 60 years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This represents the largest acquisition in Yesway\u2019s history, catapulting the four-year-old gas station and convenience store operator to 421 stores; bolstering its presence in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma; and bringing the company significantly closer to achieving its goal of assembling a 500+ convenience store portfolio and becoming one of the top 15 convenience retailers in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll of us at Yesway are excited to be joining together with Allsup\u2019s, one of the most iconic and adored convenience store chains in the country,\u201d said Tom Trkla, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yesway. \u201cWe are honored that Barbara and Mark Allsup selected us to be the future custodian of their brand promise and legacy, which Lonnie and Barbara Allsup started over 63 years ago with the opening of their first store in Roswell, New Mexico.\u201d Trkla continued, \u201cWe take this responsibility very seriously and pledge to all of Allsup\u2019s loyal customers that what makes Allsup\u2019s so unique and special will not change.
