{"id":5348,"date":"2022-01-11T15:47:01","date_gmt":"2022-01-11T20:47:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brookwood.davisadbeta.com\/?p=5348"},"modified":"2022-03-14T15:47:16","modified_gmt":"2022-03-14T19:47:16","slug":"brookwood-announces-the-sale-of-300-jubilee-in-peabody-ma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brookwood.davisadbeta.com\/?p=5348","title":{"rendered":"Brookwood Announces the Sale of 300 Jubilee in Peabody, MA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>(Beverly, MA \u2013 January 5, 2022)<\/strong> \u2013 Brookwood Financial Partners, LLC (\u201cBrookwood\u201d), a nationally-recognized private equity investment firm, announced today that it has sold 300 Jubilee Drive, a 163,067 square foot \u201cbest-in-class\u201d industrial facility located in Peabody, MA.\u00a0 Brookwood originally acquired the property for $8,000,000 on December 28, 2009 and sold the property for $43,155,000 to an affiliate of Lincoln Property Company.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Located in the prestigious Centennial Park, 300 Jubilee is situated in a premier \u201clast mile\u201d industrial campus located within a quarter mile of the Route 1 and I-95\/Route 128 interchange, only 15 miles north of Logan International Airport, and 18 miles from downtown Boston.\u00a0 The building provides ideal space for high-tech businesses involved in R&amp;D, medical, manufacturing, or healthcare.\u00a0 Existing long-term tenants include Thermo Fisher Scientific, International Transportation Group (ITG), and Barton Associates.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201c300 Jubilee is extremely well-situated in the greater Boston industrial market.\u00a0 Given its superior location, the capital improvements we have made to the property, and the excellent work of our management and leasing teams, we were able to grow occupancy to 97%,\u201d said Kurt M.
