(Beverly, MA \u2013 August 16, 2022) – <\/span><\/strong>Brookwood Financial Partners, LLC\u00a0(\u201cBrookwood\u201d), a nationally recognized private equity real estate\u00a0<\/span>investment<\/span><\/a>\u00a0firm, is pleased to announce that\u00a0Greg Papazian<\/span>\u00a0has been promoted to the newly created position of Chief Investor Relations Officer and Director of Sales. In these capacities, Mr. Papazian will direct all institutional and retail equity offerings, lead the sales team at Brookwood Securities Partners, LLC, Brookwood\u2019s wholly owned broker-dealer and direct Brookwood\u2019s investor relations department.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Founded in 1993, Brookwood specializes in acquiring and managing value-add commercial real estate and other real estate-related operating businesses.\u00a0 Since its inception. Brookwood has invested over\u00a0$1.7 billion<\/span>\u00a0of equity to acquire and manage a portfolio of 202 commercial real estate properties, seven operating companies, and more than 460 gas stations with convenience stores, collectively representing a total capitalization of over\u00a0$4.2 billion<\/span>.\u00a0 Brookwood\u2019s portfolio has spanned multiple asset classes, geographical markets, and industries throughout\u00a0the United States<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Papazian is a Partner of Brookwood and, prior to his promotion, was a Managing Director and Director of Retail Sales for Brookwood Securities.\u00a0 Mr. Papazian also serves as a member of Brookwood\u2019s Executive and Investment Committees.\u00a0 Prior to joining Brookwood Securities, Mr. Papazian was employed by Winthrop Securities Co., Inc. (\u201cWinthrop Securities\u201d).\u00a0 Before joining Winthrop Securities, he was a regional manager for a division of Allied-Signal, Inc.\u00a0 Mr. Papazian is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of\u00a0Massachusetts<\/span>\u00a0and the Commonwealth of\u00a0Pennsylvania<\/span>\u00a0and has extensive experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing.\u00a0 Mr. Papazian holds Series 7, Series 22, Series 24, and Series 63 FINRA licenses.<\/span><\/p>\n
